This is a satellite image (via google) of the apartment in Amsterdam I will be moving into in January.

Here's to snowy winter days, heated bathroom floors, long coats and forgetting faces.

Woah. What do you think Scott Schuman (Sartorialist) feels about the Catorialist?

Now, as we all know, I'm not the most exquisite fashionista on the block. But I've been checkin' out certain designers and making the obligatory fashion blog rounds. And ohmygoodness these FILIPPA K boots are so perfect. Certainly out of my price rage as; a) a starving student, b) a starving artist, and c) trying to save up money to move. But damn these are beauties. I've been trying to find a vintage pair of not-over-the-top-masculine semi-GI-Jane looking black boots for ages. Too bad all the good ones cost an arm and a leg.

My friends make stuff too!

Baby "Birtha" Dyl from J.Partridge on Vimeo.

Miss Jesse Partridge made this video for Dylan's birthday featuring yours truly. It's great and little J is infamous for using The Magnetic Fields as her sound track. Gotta love them. Enjoy.

Finally finshed my pixel project. Click to enlarge, totally worth it.

This top shot is from outside, you can see the neon signs reflecting in the window. The bottom shot is a close up.

Conceit is the privilege of the creative.

Pixel portrait.

Jake in pixels.
About a freaking million two-by-two inch squares.
All hand painted.
Aye.

This is what I think I am going to paint for my photorealism class.
A little overwhelming but I'll let you know how it turns out.

All in all, this semester is going well. Pictures of projects at midterm.
Kisses.

New semester started.
Three new projects in the works.
More to come, of course.
Artistic freedom is an oxymoron.
Here are some pictures of me, not by me:
Failed ollie attemp #49530.
My arm is the only part of me in this (far left), but it's all you really need.
Mostly hair.
